SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order placement based on your address details. If you find that the shipping option is too expensive, please feel free to reach out to us via private message on Instagram. We will do our best to assist you in finding a more suitable shipping option that meets your needs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help make your shopping experience as convenient and affordable as possible.

RETURN INFORMATION:

Any returns or exchanges have to be done within 14 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used. Please note that missing items or any perfume, make-up, deodorant or stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items. To proceed with your return, please contact us via email contact@pastbutperfect.com or a private message on Instagram. Make sure to include your full name and order number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return label and further instructions.
We do not stand for the return shipping costs.

NOTE:

As a small business, we kindly request that you minimize ordering items for fun and then returning them. Before placing an order, please ensure that you genuinely need the item, as all our jackets are one-of-a-kind pieces. By ordering an item that you do not truly need, someone else may miss the opportunity to purchase their dream jacket. If you have any questions regarding the style or sizing of a specific item, please contact us (on INSTAGRAM) for assistance prior to placing an order.
Vintage means it may already have lived one life and we are sure that life with you will be way more interesting. However, please be aware that these jackets may come with minor flaws due to wear from their previous owners. We appreciate your understanding and support in valuing the uniqueness and character of each vintage piece.
